Half a pedigree welsh pig complete with meat certificate. Will contain approx 21-23 kgs of pork (if being sent by courier) or 23-25kgs of pork if collected from the farm, in a variety of cuts including boned and rolled shoulder, belly, chops, leg, loin. Half of the head can be included on request.
